SUMMARY:Spring Fair at Mud Island Community Garden
DESCRIPTION:Mud Island Community Garden is located in Dublin’s north east inner city, under the arch and down the laneway beside Cloud Cafe on North Strand Road. The local community developed the garden on a derelict site owned by Dublin City Council over ten years ago. As well as playing a social, recreational, and educational role in the area, it’s also a great example of biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The community garden is worked collectively, the produce of fresh vegetables and fruit shared. It’s always open to new members! The Garden regularly partners with Five Lamps Arts Festival and is excited to host some of this year’s festival in conjunction with its annual Spring Fair.\n
