Every year from 23rd to 30th September we celebrate the European Week of Sports which aims to encourage people to participate in sports and physical activities in countries across Europe. Everyone is welcome to live a more active and healthier lifestyle not just for this week but throughout the year!
So, to celebrate this week, we facilitated Jiu-Jitsu classes with Andre Ramos in conjunction with Dublin City Council North Inner City, Neic and Dublin city Sports and Wellbeing Partnership as part of the European Week of Sports.
