Opening the Mind to Dance
Opening the Mind to Dance aims to enable free movement without predefined steps, fostering the discovery of inherent dance within each participant. Through diverse body experimentation exercises, we’ll learn from one another to create an authentic dance free from imposed right or wrong patterns. Overcoming mental blocks is the key to unlocking our natural capacity for movement, as our bodies are inherently designed for dance.
