On May 28th Dublin City Council and the North East Inner City Initiative launched their ‘Intercultural Ambassador Programme’ in Mountjoy Square Park. 16 successful voluntary Ambassadors were chosen to encourage a network of intercultural dialogue among the diverse communities within the North East Inner City, with a view to addressing the barriers to integration within society.
