Niamh Gleeson and a group of actors will be doing a rehearsed reading of her new play, The Birthday Cake at Irish Writers Centre.
Niamh was born and raised in Dublin and currently lives in Mayo. She trained as a professional actor in the Gaiety School of Acting, before turning her hand to writing. She is writer-in-residence in Marino CDVEC and annually writes a children’s play for the Theatre Studies cou
