In this mockumentary, part of #FiveLampsArtsFestival2021, and brought to you by a fictitious local TV channel Nearby Dublin, we look at seagulls and their impact on Dublin City and its community. We talk to Heather Nestor and Tim Thompson, leading members in the “People Against Seagulls” movement and follow them on their quest for justice in the face of intimidation by a new group of seagulls who, they say, are ruining their lives.
