About the artist: Tara Kearns is a local portrait artist from the North Inner City Community, who grew up in Sheriff Street. Her work showcases the culture and people from the inner city. Tara studied Fine Art in The Institute of Art and Design and graduated with First Class Honours. She was recently awarded a bursary from the NEIC to create portraits of local heroes and her paintings were featured in the exhibition Women of Sheriff Street.
